Upcycled beauty involves using high-quality ingredients that would otherwise go to waste. We rescue leftover natural materials like coffee grounds and fruit pits from other industries and transform them into skin-loving products.

Are UpCircle products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes, all of our products are 100% vegan, cruelty-free, and Leaping Bunny certified. We never test on animals and do not use any animal-derived ingredients.

What is your shipping policy?

We offer standard and express shipping worldwide. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Free shipping is available on orders over a specific threshold depending on your location.

How can I return an item?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure products are unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Is your packaging plastic-free?

We are committed to being as sustainable as possible. Over 99% of our packaging is plastic-free, utilizing glass, aluminum, and cardboard. We also offer a 'Return, Refill, Repeat' scheme for many of our products.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes, our formulations are designed to be gentle yet effective. However, as we use natural active ingredients, we always recommend performing a patch test before full application.
